This is because there have always been most successful leaders in the recent past who has claimed to be lucky to have intelligent and intellectually skilled team members. The concept of employee-empowerment has become commonly utilized by managers and leaders in the organizations functioning presently to build and sustain strong teams. This is because the subordinate team members have learned from making difficult decisions in difficult situations. If subordinate team members are always assisted by the leader or manager, there can never be confidence developed in the psyches of the subordinate team members about deciding or managing situations on the their own. Intelligence among subordinate team members can become enhanced only with leaders and managers ensuring that team members are given chances to not be assisted but make decisions on their own. There can be diversity in the available talent as well as newly acquired talent in an organization. The diversity in talent has to be identified by the leader and/or manager to ensure that the talent can be utilized to innovate collectively as much as
